  • Order Processing: We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Upon placing an order with PETPROTECT, we will process and ship your purchase within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Rest assured, we strive to dispatch your product as swiftly as possible.
  • Shipping Method: PETPROTECT uses trusted and efficient shipping partners to deliver your dog ramp safely and securely. Depending on your location within India, we will select the most suitable and expedient shipping method to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method. It’ll usually takes between 5 to 7 days. You will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Delivery Exceptions: Please note that PETPROTECT does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. If your order falls on any of these days, we will process it on the next working day.
  • Multiple Shipments: In some cases, multiple shipments may occur due to logistical reasons. Rest assured, we will keep you informed about any such occurrences, and you will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Refund Policy:

At PETPROTECT, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: We provide money-back guarantee on several products. You can visit the product display page to know if the item listed comes under 30-day money back guarantee or not. If you find the product unsatisfactory within 30 days of receiving it, you can initiate a return request.
  • No Questions Asked: We understand that preferences and requirements may vary, and that’s okay. We don’t ask questions when processing refund requests. Your satisfaction is our priority.
  • Return Shipping Cost: While we offer free delivery on the initial purchase, the return shipping is to be borne by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all accessories and packaging included.
  • Initiation of Refund: To initiate a refund request, please reach out to our customer support team via email or phone. They will guide you through the process and assist you with any queries you may have.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Refusal of Delivery: In the event that a customer refuses to accept the delivery of a product for any reason, a fee of 1200 Rupees will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the attempted delivery, return shipping, and administrative processing. The remaining refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method after deduction of this fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will guide you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
